Dining at Hortus Garden

Dining at Hortus garden brings the distinctive flavours of regional cuisine, where the in-house chef prepares it as a three time meal. The vegetables are harvested from kitchen garden (which you can be part of), and are also sourced from the homestead gardens around the village.

As the gastronomy of the region is a blend of vegetarian and non-vegetarian, the kitchen team crafts up the magic to bring the flavours of malabari cuisine - yet maintaining the delicate balance of sweetness to hot, bitter and sour.
